Beautifully furnished with style and comfort in mind. Stylish furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous views, and all the accessories you’ll need for a temporary stay in Honolulu. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, right down to the spatula! The wide kitchen counter also serves as a breakfast bar. The air-conditioned living area is designed for you to enjoy the magnificent view, but there is also a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD/CD, and good reading lights including track lighting. Dine at the bar-height table while taking in the view. Hardwood floors with nice rugs and bold walls complete the picture.

At night you feel like you are floating in the air, especially in the master bedroom with its excellent high-quality king bed and lots of closet and storage space. The second bedroom opens to the living area through elegant sliding doors and is set up with a desk facing the view (with high-speed Internet, of course). For overnight company, there is a beautiful day bed from Scandinavian Designs, about the size of a traditional double bed. Both bedrooms and the living area open up to a small outdoor lanai (patio).

The condo has a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and you get one assigned parking space in the secured ramp. The complex has a very nice swimming pool, jetted spa, and barbecue area. You can walk to many of Honolulu’s charming shops and restaurants in Chinatown and Downtown, and it’s just a short walk to the popular marketplace of Aloha Tower. Check out the great open air vegetable markets, dim sum restaurants and art galleries in Chinatown. You can walk to the historic Hawaii Theatre known as the Pride of the Pacific to see live shows and movies. And no matter where you are in Honolulu, you’re never very far from a great beach! The bus conveniently stops out in front of building.

Great location, secure building. Non-smokers only, please. Our housekeeper cleans monthly and we go in personally between guests to replace anything needed so you can be assured the apartment is clean and ready for you.

Rent and Fine Print: Honolulu Tower 2003 requires a 6-month minimum stay (exceptions possible in some circumstances) and we are happy to welcome longer stays. Monthly rent of $2800 INCLUDES electricity up to $100 per month and applicable Hawaii taxes. We will respond promptly to reservation inquiries with an exact quote for your dates. The condo will be completely ready for your stay when you arrive. There is a $75 monthly cleaning fee and a one-time $100 out-clean fee. Our housekeeper will call you to set up the cleaning dates and she is available twice a month at an additional fee. There is also a one-time $50 registration fee with the office upon arrival.
